As your coach I will “hold the space”… so that you may feel free to express, reflect and transform and allow clarity and intuition to emerge.
You will be seen, you will be felt, you will be heard, and most importantly, free of any judgement.
In “holding the space” …, I will be physically, mentally, and emotionally present for you.
